Refund policy

Effective Date: June 8, 2025

At VRD Food, we take pride in delivering quality products. Due to the nature of our goods (food products and consumables), all sales are generally final. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you.


1. Returns

We do not accept returns on any food or consumable items for hygiene and safety reasons, except under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is expired upon delivery

In these cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.


2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your issue is verified (damaged, wrong, or expired product), we will process a full refund or offer a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.


3. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation. However, if you need to update delivery details immediately after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank or payment account again

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)
